- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Wow! What an incredible experience! This intimate and very educational your was led by a retired miner. Great stories and excellent overview of the history of mining. You get led underground into the depths of a coal seam where the guide will explain the history, dangers, camaraderie, and life as a miner. Highly recommended and a must-do experience of you are in the area. Our tour guide, Eric, was amazing!By Vincent Fung, April 20, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The museum offers guided tour down an old mine. The tour is highly recommended as it is guided by a retired miner who can share with you real stories of miner's life. Plus, how often do you get to see and walk down in a real mine? An oppurtunity not to be missed! Make sure to wear sturdy shoes as it gets pretty moist and wet inside the mine. The museum also has a restaurant if you get hungry after the tour. The food there is pretty amazing too!By Jayeon Rew, July 16, 2016
